Requirements: Monologue for audition is optional. Scripts will be available for cold reading at audition. Children/youth will audition in small groups and will read parts from script. Any other information that needs to be included in the audition announcement: Rehearsals will begin 2-3 days per week, late afternoon/evenings in late September-December @ Carnation Elementary School. In addition, some Saturday rehearsals will be required. Actors must be available the weekend and week after Thanksgiving for technical rehearsals and all performances (unless double cast). No singing or dancing required for this production, however, children’s parts do require being a strong reader and the ability to memorize lines well.
