why a NO for red lipstick?

Western culture has influenced all. Being trendy counts your look as well. Why do most of us  feel we can’t wear red lipstick, it’s hot? This is indeed one of the easiest ways to obtain a high-fashion trendy look. The lipstick is classic and timeless. No matter the time, there’s always a woman’s face that looks red in pictures. But remember red lipstick has an unfortunate meaning. If we don’t wear the right shade it can portray a different picture of us. Choosing the right shade is the smart way to avoid the crap talks. Let me help you out.

  • Darker skin tones / Bronze – Go with a shade of deep red.
  • olive skin –wears fire-engine red
  • Pink-skinned girls – should opt for cherry red.

Always after applying lipstick blot it up with a tissue paper. Less is more when it comes to the rest of your face makeup when wearing red. Skip eyeliner and blush, and be neutral with concealer and eye shadow.

Fashion does not end on cloths

Today we pay more attention to cloths, but styling does not stop on cloths they sashay right on into hairstyles, accessories, bags and shoes. Sunglasses are indistinguishable with style, different from the ordinary dark sunglasses, this season 2012 try the new look. Decorated Sunglasses are huge this season; they highlight the face, but until we go for a huge event it’s tough for us to invest on such shades. So we have a lot more options for you to keep up stylish!!  Sunglasses are designed using a variety of colors also is the latest trend. Designers /brands are being more innovative, both in form and design.
I wrote this post to update you with wats up in trend this season. Now its upto you to choose the right frame. The key to choosing the right frame is paying close attention to the size and proportion of your face. Not the lady in the picture, not the celebrity you saw wearing them or the model walking up the ramp looking hippy.

FASHION MEANS BUSINESS

I completely agree to this fact from the point of view as an entrepreneur, just seeing the competitive era of today, not only studying in a fashion college will take you far. Fashion and promotion are intrinsically linked so even fashion students need to move forward. Everybody is becoming conscious about designer brands, which is increasing competition. Also international fashion industry has entered in. It is very important to know how business works in real world to compete and provide customers with a branded product of the same level. Today the times have changed from made to measure (tailor made) garments to high fashion prêt-a-porter (ready to wear) available at stores and boutiques.
As a designer, if u have a famous brand/designer tag, a nice classy work place, your business booms. What about those who cannot afford so much…..how will they achieve their aims? Customers today have so many options that if u don’t attract them with proper planed strategy, they opt for other options..

So what’s the use of studying fashion course? And until we are not really filthy rich it’s hard to capture the trust of people as a known designer.

But I believe that even if we don’t have a strong financial back ground, by giving good quality product at affordable price, proper product promotion, and being loyal to customer with a pinch of creativity can take you high. The competitive era is making it a must for a fashion student (entrepreneur) to pursue management courses, as they can design the product as well as to sell it on their own, thus fashion means business.
