Steps for apply eye makeup
Prep your eyes with concealer
Concealer is the one staple in a woman’s beauties cache that can dramatically change your appearance. In fact, many beauty editors are use concealer. There are so many types of concealers on the market so find correct shade and apply it properly. Basically choose a concealer that’s yellow-based and a shade or 2 lighter than your skin tone.
Concealer is used to cover up under-eye circles or the bluish discoloration just under your inner eye. To cover your dark under eye circles apply three dots of concealer under each eye. First start at the inner corner where skin tends to be darkest.
Apply eye base to your lid
Eye base is the top secret to keeping your shadow in place for hours. Apply the color across the whole lid from the lash line to just above the crease, sweeping upward toward the brow.
Follow with eyeliner
Choose Appropriate Eyeliner like liquid eyeliner, a liner pencil, or even wet eye shadow. Pencil eyeliners will give your eyes soft definition, while liquid versions offer accuracy and drama. Line as close to the upper lashes as possible from the inner corner to the outer corner. Follow with liner on bottom eyes, but only line from the middle of the eye out.
Apply eye shadow
Eye shadow comes in three different colors and textures. The first one is light color on your brow bone. Highlight this area and make more light bounce off of it by brushing on a pearly off-white, light gold or other delicate color that matches your eyelid color tone. Second one is medium color on your eyelid. Pick a medium pink, light brown or any other middle-of-the-road hue for your eyelid. And third one is a dark color on your crease. Go from the outer corner of your crease and follow the arch about 2/3 of the way in toward the inner corner of the eyes.
Brighten your eyes with a highlighter
Line the inner corner of the eyes or your lower lash line with an eyes pencil in shimmery white, pink or silver. Blend in the line. For extra brightening, use the pencil to highlight the eye brow line. Apply a tiny dab of concealer at the outer corners and blend it with a sponge. Skin around eyes is highly colored. you need to smooth and make eyes look healthier and brighter. To create a brighter eyes around the eyelids, dot concealer from the lashes to the crease, blend slightly. Then apply a dots of highlighter at the inner corners of the eyes.
Highlight your brow
Pick eye shadow color similar to your eyebrow or hair color. Remember that eye shadows appears one shade darker when applied. Apply the eye shadow to a small, angled makeup or liner brush. Focus your attention on thin area of your eyebrow, such as the outer edge and the bottom of the brow.
Curl lashes
An eyelash curler will create even long lashes look more gorgeous. The first thing you needed is an eyelash curler. There are so many type on the market these days that finding one that works well without pinching your skin or crimping your lashes instead of curling them, can be overwhelming. Start at the base of your lashes and make sure to get all lashes in the curler making sure not to got any skin in the eyelash curler. Hold for three seconds no longer or it will crimp the lashes instead of curling them. Curl the lashes in three segments- at the base, middle of the lash, then the tip of the lash to get that natural curl.
Apply mascara
Make sure clean and dry before applying mascara in your eyelashes. For a more natural look, choose a mascara color no darker than two or three shade of your eyebrow color. Start at the base of your upper lashes and then slowly sweep upward. For a more dramatic effect, apply mascara to the lower lashes as well. If you want to apply multiple coats, do it while the first coats of mascara are still wet – applying a new coat to dry mascara will result in clump.
