Vintage fashion show coming to Queen Mary

Art, fashion, culture and vintage enthusiasts from around the world will meet at momentous art deco destination.

The Queen Mary for “Inspiration 2011,” on Feb. 11-12.

The show is fashioned by Rin Tanaka, a Japanese journalist, photographer and publisher of the “My Freedamn!” book series. Tickets are available online only and are $52/both days; Friday only/$40 (includes one drink ticket); Saturday/$20. This fashion show is something different and it is goanna rock in Queen Mary lets we will see what is the special in this show.

Red carpet winners at Paris fashion show

Elie Saab continued his crusade to overcome the red carpets of the world.

For spring-summer 2011 show, the Lebanese designer delivered and expressed an endless parade of tasteful lace gowns that glinted with flashbulb-friendly sequins.

They had the right choice I expressing the fashionable clothes , Saab’s designed gowns were sexy — but not too sexy, a cute option for Hollywood starlets horrified of making a red carpet faux pas.

For the collection shown Wednesday, Saab went lighter on the polished metallics than common, delivering a rich palette of jewel and acid hues and some sweet flowery watercolour prints.

BANGALORE FASHION WEEK

The Bangalore second season of the (revamped) Chivas Studio, imbibing the brand’s core standards of excited comfort and featuring an diverse prepare of some of the most fashionable and avant-garde events, was held during the weekend.

BAL presented his recent collection titled ‘Khakastari’, which is inspired by the Persian work ‘khakastari’ meaning colors of ash. Just like ash, the gathering insisted effortlessness and clarity with a distinct minimalism in collaboration with subtle luminosity of Swarovski crystals.

The effortlessness of monochromatic colors and slight shapes were a fantasy to the past while the collection concurrently skimmed through moment and bespoke a global and timeless language. At the final sequence, models donning the creations that glorified the splendor, grandeur and luxury of the Indian couture splashed into the pool.

Krishnamachari’s work unbreakable by a ‘here and now’ thoughtful and alertness of modern society, rented naturally from various disciplines, including literature, plan, and time periods.
