Swarovski declares collaborations with 13 international designers for Spring/Summer2011

Swarovski will convey their unique sparkle to the collections of 13 designers during Fashion Week in London, New York and Paris next month.

The company persists to support both internationally recognized and emerging designers for Spring/Summer 2011 Fashion Weeks.

“Swarovski is charmed to announce our collaboration with 13 extra ordinary talents on their spring/summer 2011 collections. We are thrilled to see how, through their vision, each designer will reveal the creative possibility in fashion,” says Nadja Swarovski, vice president International Communications, Swarovski.

Swarovski has collaborated with leading designers to make iconic moments in Fashion history for more than 10 years; such designers have included Christopher Kane and Alexander McQueen.

UES Footwear Collection is a Celebrity Favorite

Madonna, Gwen Stefani and Drew Barrymore are the first to own items from the new UES footwear collection subsequent Seth Campbell’s collaboration with Steve Madden.

The fashionable ladies are long time celebrity fans of footwear designer Seth Campbell and lucky sufficient to get a first peek at the new collection previous to it made its debut.

The first model in the collection was introduced prior this week. The UES Chain-Detailed Sneakers pair street style with superior fashion, “Funky leather high-top with side embossed design, fabric laces and chains for a truly out-there look.”

The UES collection features Campbell’s signature Upper East Side convenes downtown aesthetic, filled with sneakers and boots in rabbit fur, pony hair, snakeskin and velvet decorated with studs, buckles and more of the chain-link laces.

‘American Idol’s’ Kimberley Locke: Learning to beat high style notes

Kimberley Locke took center stage on “American Idol” since of her voice in Season 3, but she’s back on camera because of her evolving style.

Locke, who’s never lacked confidence, likes the way she appears as she models tight blouses and jeans on “You’re Wearing That?!?”

After fashion maven Luciene Salomone elucidated that she should wear V-necks and looser slacks, Locke says she shops a slight differently.

“When I have a show, I shop very particularly for that, instead of now saying ‘I can wear this,'” she says.

Locke, who credits Randy Jackson, with serving her take her career forward, says she learned a lot on this show.

“For me, it’s to not be scared to step outside of my comfort zone,” she says. “And when you are shopping, make convinced that you love it.”
